My work is built on a pattern I see in high-capacity women over and over: what looks like burnout, overwhelm, or indecision is often the cost of living out of alignment with your own standards.
For me, alcohol was the lens that made that misalignment impossible to ignore. Without the buffer, I could see exactly where I was settling, self-abandoning, and negotiating with myself. The path forward was not “more willpower” or “better habits.” It was self-leadership: rebuilding self-trust, raising standards, and making clean decisions that matched what I knew to be true.
Now I help women do the same. I blend decision-making work, emotional resilience, identity transformation, and practical behavioral change to eliminate the energy leak of internal negotiation, so you become fully decided: clear, self-led, and unavailable for what drains you.
